Christina Manolatos

Christina is a Greek American licensed mental health counselor in the state of Wisconsin (LPC) and certified hypnotherapist, dedicated to supporting trauma survivors and spreading awareness about Complex PTSD (C-PTSD). As a C-PTSD survivor herself, Christina is deeply committed to helping fellow survivors feel seen and validated.

Born and raised in Greece, she obtained her Master’s in Counseling and Psychotherapy before relocating to the United States in her late 20s with her husband. Her professional experience includes roles at the Milwaukee County Jail, the House of Correction, and with the Milwaukee County Crisis Mobile Team, providing crucial support in various challenging environments.

A mother of two, Christina has dedicated her life to advocating against child violence, emotional abuse, and physical abuse. She is passionate about guiding individuals on their healing journeys, helping them overcome trauma and achieve the lives they deserve.

In her practice, Christina utilizes hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Polyvagal Theory to support her clients. Her approach is centered on empowering survivors with the tools and understanding they need to heal and thrive.

We do not provide crisis care, crisis intervention or professional therapeutic services. All participants and members are encouraged to seek and maintain appropriate professional care from licensed mental health and medical providers.
