Abby is a second-generation Latina Canadian, a women-centered transformational life coach, and a mother of four children. Overcoming her own journey of trauma and addiction recovery, Abby is a fierce advocate for mental health and addiction awareness. She believes in breaking generational cycles of pain and is dedicated to helping families heal their lineages. With seventeen years of nursing experience and training in women's-centered coaching, she empowers women to embrace their inner strength and lead fulfilling lives. Abby's message of hope and healing resonates through her speaking engagements, writing, coaching, and facilitation, inspiring others to reclaim the light in their lives.

The Healing and CPTSD Foundation is a nonprofit organization offering financial assistance and advocacy for individuals affected by complex PTSD (CPTSD). We do not provide crisis care, crisis intervention or professional therapeutic services. In the event of a crisis, please contact a crisis hotline, local crisis resource, or your healthcare provider immediately. All participants and members are encouraged to seek and maintain appropriate professional care from licensed mental health and medical providers. Our programs provide community-based peer support and are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical treatment. Participation requires that individuals are medically and mentally stable.
